Sponsorships must be received by Monday, April 15 to be included on signage and super tickets.

Shotgun Start: 12:00 noon
Format: 4-person Scramble
Entry: $150 per player
$600 per 4-player team
Entry includes golf, cart, range balls, lunch, dinner, tournament gifts,
individual and team prizes.

HOLE: $300 – includes name on hole sign on the course.
